Steel Shell Structure Induction Furnace for Melting

Two sets of steel shell furnace can be operated simultaneously together with one set of power supply cabinet. Both of them can melt metal simultaneously, ensuring a steady molten iron supply in casting production process.
The whole structure is composed of four components: steel plate shell, magnetic yoke , insulation material and inductive coil. We use oriented silicon steel sheet ,and the size of the magnetic yoke is enlarged. With the thinner silicon steel sheet, the eddy current generated is less and thus heat generation is lower. Besides, we adopt W-shaped structure and no water is needed for cooling down water temperature, greatly reducing power consumption and water consumption.
Every piece of supporting square tube corresponds with one magnetic yoke and it firmly supports induction coil, improving the mechanical strength of the entire furnace body, therefore furnace lining can not be affected by tilting process of furnace body, ensuring normal operation of medium frequency electric furnace.
