KGPS bias voltage technology is an energy-saving power supply, which can significantly reduce load losses and reduce electricity consumption by triple value, compared to others. The working principle of a medium frequency melting furnace is a circuitusing a three-phase bridge fully controlled rectifier circuit to convert alternating current into direct current, and then a single-phase inverter bridge is applied to invert the direct current into a single-phase medium frequency current with a certain frequency. The control system is fully digital with calculation and processing of various signals which is automatically carried out according to the set program. This has replaced sub-relay control circuits, thus avoiding equipment failures caused by poor contact of relay and improving equipment reliability.
